What I do:
- Design eLearning experiences with a focus on Universal Design For Learning (UDL) and QualityMatters (QM) standards.
- Help you transform your courses from flat to dynamic by creating custom case studies, scenarios, and simulations to help students apply the course concepts to their jobs.
ABOUT ME
I have been teaching adult learners online since 2011. I earned my Master's degree in Technical Communication and later a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management and have taught online courses for various universities throughout the years. Some of those courses include Organizational Development and Change, Dynamics of Management, and Women Empowered as Learners and Leaders. As well as developed content for courses such as Communicating in Business, Strategic Management and Policy, Dynamics in Management, Technical Writing, Business Communication, and English Composition.
I am passionate about the field of education and I consider myself to be a lifelong learner. I like to make learning fun, interactive, and allow students to express their creativity through critical thinking, use of technological tools, and collaboration with others.
***What Sets Me Apart From The Rest***
Because I have been an online instructor for so many years, I am in a unique position to design courses from both the instructor and the student perspective. Also, I have built courses ensuring that they are aligned with QualityMatters and Universal Design For Learning (UDL) standards, as well as incorporating case studies, simulations, and scenarios to make learning more dynamic.
